Welcome to ph52. By accessing or using any part of the ph52 platform — including the website at ph52.vu, the mobile app, or any of the games offered — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and ph52. If there is anything here you are unsure about, please reach out to our support team or check the FAQ before proceeding.

01Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use ph52, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• You must be located in the Philippines or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must not already have an existing ph52 account. One account per person is strictly enforced.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a ph52 employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest.

ph52 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or other documentation as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts that fail to complete verification when requested may be suspended or closed.

Single Account Policy

Each player may hold only one active ph52 account. Duplicate accounts — even if registered with different email addresses or phone numbers — are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, ph52 may close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

02Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on ph52 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion involved when you deposit or withdraw — your ₱ balance reflects exactly what was transferred.

Accepted Payment Methods

ph52 supports local Philippine payment options including e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, and Philippine bank transfer via online banking. The availability of specific payment channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take up to several business days. ph52 does not charge internal withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

ph52 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect both the player and the platform.

03Game Rules, Fairness & Results

All games available on ph52 — including slot games, fish games, live casino tables, and other titles in the game lobby — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer systems sourced from established game providers.

Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. ph52 does not manually alter game results. Any technical malfunction during a game session that results in an incomplete round will be treated in accordance with the specific game provider's rules; in most cases, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

Displayed RTP & Volatility

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and volatility ratings displayed on ph52 are theoretical values provided by game developers. They represent expected performance over a very large number of game rounds and do not guarantee results for any individual session. Gaming at ph52 involves financial risk — you may lose the money you wager.

04Promotions & Bonuses

ph52 may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback, or other incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the point of the promotion.

General rules that apply to all promotional offers on ph52:

• Promotions are available to eligible players who have completed account verification.
• Each promotion applies once per player, per household, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• ph52 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Attempting to abuse promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus funds.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them may be subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion terms.

If no specific promotion terms are published alongside an offer, please contact support before accepting — this helps avoid misunderstandings about applicable conditions.

05Responsible Gaming

ph52 takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your account settings.

• Gaming should be entertainment — not a way to earn money or solve financial problems.

06Account Suspension & Closure

ph52 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit game bugs, technical errors, or promotion systems.
• Any behaviour deemed fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform or other players.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, ph52 will freeze the account and any associated funds pending investigation. ph52 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and legal processes.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Remaining verified balances at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard payment procedures.

07Limitation of Liability

ph52 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and game availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, server updates, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform access.

ph52 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from interrupted gameplay due to network or device issues on the player's side.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand game rules or these Terms.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Our total liability to any player in any dispute is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's ph52 account at the time the dispute arises.

08Amendments to These Terms

ph52 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend checking this page periodically, especially before making deposits or participating in promotions. If you disagree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.

09Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between a player and ph52 that cannot be resolved through our support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected] for formal review.

ph52 will make a good-faith effort to resolve all disputes fairly and in a timely manner. Players are encouraged to attempt resolution through our support channels before escalating any matter.
